OF COUNSEL. Jack Daugherty has been practicing law since 1995. Jack brings a wealth of diverse experience to the firm. Early in his career, Jack was a law clerk, then a prosecutor for Madison County, Illinois. His career has included significant litigation achievements. He has handled federal civil rights claims and defended serious felonies. Jack has the distinction of having defended clients in murder trials. He spent 11 years defending asbestos cases for a national personal injury firm and has volunteered his time as a guardian ad litem for child custody and adult guardianship matters in Madison County. His accomplishments include securing substantial awards for clients whose civil rights were violated due to police excessive force.
